Massage

Whether it's a full body relaxation massage, or a specific muscular tightness that you want to have released, I work with you to determine exactly what it is that you and your body need. Short massages can be worked into a yoga or Pilates session to ease tense or worked muscles, or to assist you to go further into certain yoga poses by helping the muscles to relax and release. A small selection of scented oils, as well as cold stones are available to customise the massage to your specific preferences.

Dawn method and Breuss massage are offered on request.
