Tittibhasana on Hout Bay beach




This is a pose that requires several things: long hamstrings, strong-ish arms and shoulders, flexibility in the hips, and strong-ish hip flexors. In the photo, my bum should be a bit higher; bum and legs should be horizontal. And my left arm can be a tad straighter (although I then risk hyperextending that elbow...)

But just look at that gorgeous sunset!! =)
